Made me feel very at ease even though very busy.
Didnt try to sell me expensive brand name product- he sold me a cream with the active ingredient I needed for a quarter of the price of the branded product.
All other staff helpful & friendly in an area of Brighton that probably requires quite a bit of patience with customers!
