        If I could rate this as a zero I would in a heartbeat. Phoebe did not do as we asked, in fact, done the complete opposite. Our puppy had a lovely long coat being a Maltipoo, albeit he had a few mattes, but we agreed on a very slight scissor trim. Instead, shes shaved him down to almost an inch of fur all over and hasnt blended his head hair properly to his body. We are absolutely gutted as its going to take months for his coat to grow back through! Use this service at your own risk. We have been advised by a professional groomer who is very experienced that Phoebe is responsible for an utterly terrible job. Never will we ever use her again. Avoid!
