Great service; Michael arrived promptly and investigated the potential rat problem, lifted the very heavy drain chamber cover and checked the burrows which fortunately didnt seem to be in use any more. He also spotted a defect in the drain pipe and advised me to contact Southern Water to deal with it. He also inspected the loft for any signs of rat/mouse presence - fortunately, all was clear to my great relief. A very thorough job altogether by a very professional operative! Thank you very much!

AGS responded very quickly to my request for help in removing rats from our house. Michael Pitcher came to investigate and set traps and bait. He methodically and professionally set about his task. He also came for a follow up visit and re-baited traps. On the third visit Stuart Taylor checked the traps and removed as appropriate. Explained fully the process of removing rats. Both these operatives were excellent in their approach to work and I would have no hesitation in recommending the company for pest control. Service: Rodent extermination
