City Pest Control

I posted a negative review here a couple of years ago and was harassed by Simon. The review itself was fair and just stated what had happened without any nastiness towards Simon himself. He then repeatedly rang me shouting down the phone with threats of him coming to the property to "talk", making it clear that he "knew where I live" etc etc I'm posting this from a burner account for my own safety. For anyone doubting how he deals with negative reviews, just look at his responses to every negative review here, it's completely unhinged, and that's the tame side of things. And Simon, I have all of these phone calls recorded, don't think I won't turn them into the Council and other entities that hire you if you even attempt to get back at me. I would like to thank Simon and his team for the quick professional response. As a single woman, when I first heard scratching I totally freaked out! Simon was calming and reassuring. He came out quickly and deal with the issue, even popping back later to find out how things had been doing. I would 100% recommend Simon and his team for any needs of pest control! Would highly recommend Simon and Derek - they eradicated the nightmare squirrel problem for me completely within a couple of weeks. I was extremely distressed and anxious with the invasion of squirrels to my loft space , but they acted very swiftly to overcome the problem . Derek even came out at 9pm on a Sunday evening. The charges were extremely reasonable as they came out several times and Derek also did an excellent job sealing the holes . They were always polite and never irritated by my calls of help I might add that I called a National pest company before this, who charged an exorbitant rip off amount of 300 for coming out next day and installing a trap ( asking for the payment up front ). . The trap was useless and they didnt even set it properly . Ive not even had a follow up a call. Simon of City Pest Control was very fair with his pricing and did not ask for any money up front. Well done and many thanks City Pest Control. . Im so grateful to you. Service: Rodent extermination
