    I've had other personal trainers at different gyms, but Jack is hands down the person that I have gained the most from with my training. He encourages me to push myself, but in a way which is friendly and encouraging. He clearly knows his stuff and is a nice guy to boot. Can't recommend him enough!

    I worked with Tiff for 12 weeks, she was great at explaining the exercises and kept me motivated. She was friendly and easy going. The workouts were interesting and varied. She was also very accommodating when I got stuck in traffic one evening and rearranged our session for the following day which was greatly appreciated. Would thoroughly recommend tiff for personal training.

    Moved to Withdean when Virgin Active closed down. It was quite daunting to think I'd need to start all over again with a new PT after having created a bond with my PT at Virgin for so long. I needn't have worried because I got paired with Jack who has a banging sense of humour and a way of motivating that makes you just wanna achieve! Jack has helped me progress greatly by monitoring my progress and changing things to keep workouts fresh and relevant. I wanna be strong and he helps me to set goals that encourage me to achieve. 100kg deadlift? No problem! Heavy squats? Easy! Do a full chin up? Not yet If you're ever curious about getting yourself a PT to really hone your workouts, I'd say give it a go. You have absolutely nothing to lose but so much to gain. You are encouraged to set your own goals, and they help you to check how realistic they are and help you plan your route to achieve. They'll be your biggest cheerleader (though I've never seen Jack with pom poms) and they'll be just as proud as you are when you smash those goals. And you'll have fun at the same time. What's not to love?
