Ive been doing Pauls core workouts once a week for the past few months and for the very first time in my life, I have abs!!! The focus on core work has made a massive difference to my mid section and the workouts are always fun and relaxed. Paul is very professional and super encouraging offering modifications and advanced options for those that want them and he always has great music in his classes! I would recommend anyone to give his workouts a go.

I have recently moved to Brighton and wanted to start running again after a few years of absence. I found Paul through Instagram and signed up for a months course. Over this time Paul taught me the importance of preparing for a run with pre exercises and then each week we would do different runs with intervals, speed, distance and cadence followed by stretching at the end. This gave the confidence in between visits with things to work on, I learnt and enjoyed it so much I continued for the second month. I am now running at my target and have really fallen back in love with running. I cant recommend Paul highly enough for his patience and understanding of what I wanted to achieve.

Paul's classes have allowed me to focus on strength work. As a runner I was keen to get stronger and faster, and I always struggle with knowing the correct exercises to do to build on this. His classes are fun (I've done both online and outdoor ones) and I always feel like I've had a hard but fantastic work out afterwards- trying exercises that I have not seen or done before. I'm already starting to see the results in my 5k and 10k times!
