    I signed up to the 90 day Online Coaching Program to lose the weight I had put on due to the combination of pregnancy and lockdown, and get some fitness back after many months with very little or no exercise. Now, 3 months later and 10 kg lighter, I feel much better with myself and back in control of my life. The program is well structured, easy to follow, and mainly focused on gradual lifestyle changes that will become part of your daily routine. The workouts are fully online and take only about 30 mins, so it is very easy to incorporate them even in the busiest schedule. Ryan is really amazing, I cannot recommend him enough! My weight-loss journey is not finished yet, but I am now confident I will get there soon! :)

    WOW what a program. Ryan is passionate and dedicated to ensure everyone succeeds on their journey. He is knowledgeable and encouraging and always there for advice and guidance. His "bite sized" tips every week are not overwhelming but manageable and make complete sense. Works out become increasingly difficult and are "not easy" but with perseverance, determination and gritted teeth - do-able and the effort is rewarded on the scales and with the tape measure. Ryan has "re-set" my thinking for the better. Thank you

    Just finished Ryans 90 day course and Im looking and feeling so much better for it. After seeing an add on FB I contacted Ryan feeling fat, sick and nearly dead in my own words! So glad I did as just 3 months later am well on the road to a much healthier lifestyle. His program is really educational and he has such great knowledge on all things health related. I found the weekly coaching calls so valuable and a great mid week focus. A lot of thought has gone into this program and with Ryans encouragement anyone can do it. The workouts start off easy but build up quickly and your fitness really improves almost immediately. With his 10 commandments unfolding weekly its a great program and I recommend. Im looking forward to making more progress on his continuation plan and getting my waist back even more. Been learning this word called consistency which I was always dreadful at before!!

    I knew I needed to do something about my weight and wanted to improve my fitness. I'd tried SW on/off for years but felt I needed more this time to try and keep the weight off. I saw Ryan's ad on FB for the 12 week plan which sounded like a good length of time to try something new. Well all I can say is I am so please I did, it was quite a lot to take in at the start but once Ryan explained the programme introduces things at a steady pace I relaxed into it and trusted him. I looked forward to the daily emails of support, advice and positive reinforcement which came in lots of ways. The workouts start simple and there's no expectation of fitness levels as I was feeling immobile from my weight, once I started seeing the weight fall off me I was hooked! Ryan is accessible for advice and help, the weekly group calls are great and you always feel positive and determined after them. The FB group is brill too as everyone is helping each other to achieve the same goal and they totally get it when you're having a wobble or always have a supportive message when needed! I've just signed up to the continuation programme as cannot continue this fantastic journey with out it! For context I'm 47, thought it was going to be all down hill now I was getting older but I'm 3 stone lighter in 3 month and have a new life ahead of me!!! Thank you Ryan.
