Magda is brilliant. After having a baby, I was really keen to make sure I addressed any issues I might have post birth, before going into other exercises, so I came to her for the postpartum package. I wasn't sure what to expect as I am not someone you would describe as 'ever having picked up a weight' or 'having any endurance', but I loved every minute of the programme. She carefully tailored a package to my exact requirements and created something that was fun, but that challenged me, without ever pushing me past my limits. I am amazed by how far I came in six weeks. I feel so much stronger and better for it. I will be continuing with Magda and really, can't recommend her enough. She's great!

I went to Magda for two different programmes, Pelvic floor & diastasis recti rehabilitation training package then soon after Monthly training+. When I came to Magda, my baby was about 6 months old and I had a severe lower back pain and couldnt be active much due to other health problems. I was hoping to regain my strength overall to be fit and active for my 4 years old and little baby to have a fun, healthy mummy to be around! It didnt only achieve the main purpose but improved my mental health and the pain on my lower back and coccyx as well. The first rehabilitation programme was very gentle which then Magda carefully customised it to be perfectly suit for me. It was helping my abdominal muscles to be back in form with no harsh exercise, but also supporting the pelvic floor to be strengthened. Then my normal monthly programme, once again, was perfectly customised for my goal (to achieve juicy plumped bums!) after I gained huge confidence with much improved performance. Magda is smiley and fun and much joy to train with, but oh boy, she also knows how to push up to your limit! She really drove me to the last breaths then brought me back to the sweet satisfaction of achieving goal that I had thought is impossible, many times! The joy of seeing me doing something that I never thought wouldve been able to was unbelievably satisfied. Now I am flying out from her nest to find a normal gym to do my own work out but I will come back to her in the middle of summer to check myself up and gear up the programme with her. I cannot recommend high enough about her. Her beautiful personal studio is perfect for the fitness workout. Her continuing support through out the programme and after the programme is also very helpful. She would help you whatever you want to do. Go for it!!

Every day I felt worse and worse, I was tired, irritable and inconsolable. In my head I repeated to myself "it's because of hormones", eventually this storm will subside and everything will return to normal. Unfortunately, since these supposed hormones caused this condition, they can also be the cause of satisfaction, can't they?!!! I needed adrenaline and endorphins. Sounds like a drug stash and we hit the nail on the head, I needed a natural, healthy drug. I turned to my sister, Madzia, for help. It was the best decision I could have made. The first stage of returning to well-being and a smile on your face has begun. From Magda I received professional substantive, physical and spiritual care, which is what I needed. Diet - I have always associated it with the reduction of literally everything and here was my great surprise when I saw my menu, I ate healthy, normal and above all tasty. This is what a diet should look like, many of them still use it in everyday life. I realized that what I eat has a huge impact on my well-being. Exercise - this was my personal cocaine, I got what I wanted. I got my hormones back on track, now I have more of their good side. And this is my success, which I achieved thanks to Madzia, her competence and commitment. She fought for me, she showed me that I can. I smile, I accept how I look, I'm happy because I finally feel fantastic. My achievement is 12 kg less and two sizes down. My achievement is self-acceptance and contentment.
