Ive been attending Mikes classes since last summer. Ive been put off by some exercise groups in Brighton in the past as theyve seemed more about image and a little pretentious. Mike is the complete opposite. Very down to earth and makes everyone feel welcome and important to him. This creates a fun but focussed group and the difference to my body shape and general energy is being noticed by all my friends and family. I cant recommend highly enough. Leonie

Since that start of January 2015 I have been attending the Saturday "Spinning & Core" class. Mike's style is both motivating and relaxed - he encourages participants to work hard however leaves this to individual discretion. I really like his style, and the mix of spinning and core makes for a good all round workout and a great way to start a Saturday. Over the years I've done a number of different spin classes, and core classes, and this is the best one I have come across.

I have been coming to Hove fitness for just over two years now, both the summer and winter sessions and would recommend the spin and core classes to anyone who wants a fun and varied workout. Mike's classes, spin or core (a kind of circuits based class with a focus on developing core strength) are friendly, as challenging as you want them to be and very reasonably priced. Hove Fitness has been the only fitness classes I have ever kept going with. I go 5 times a week and the 45 min sessions are long enough to make you sweat, laugh and come away feeling pretty virtuous! Mike has managed to create the space for varied fitness sessions and the added bonus is the sociable and friendly element of Hove Fitness, the people are fantastic!

I've been attending Hove Fitness for a few months now, mainly as a way to train in the winter when I don't want to go out on my road bike. I'm really enjoying it and it's keeping me fit. I was a bit worried what it would be like the first time I went but Mike and the other people who attend the classes are really friendly and they all make you feel really welcome. I'd definitely recommend Hove Fitness to anyone looking for spin or core classes.
