I can't thank Colette enough for helping me to find my motivation and for transforming my 58 year old body into the best shape ever. The sessions are fun, but focused, and I now have the confidence to know I'm carrying out exercises technically correct and for maximum results. Best of all I have never felt too sore to post sessions so I'm ready to workout and maintain my routine. I was recommended to Colette by my physio so guess that speaks volumes.

Colette is brilliant! Her anatomical knowledge is excellent as well as her skill with the exercises themselves, so she is great at finding the exact sets to get the result you want, whilst working round and injuries or other restrictions (my dodgy shoulder!). I can't recommend her enough!

Ive had a few brilliant sessions with Colette which have helped me get my motivation back after feeling unfit for a long while. She is extremely approachable, friendly, supportive and works within your current capabilities. Highly recommend!

I found Fit State Training during my 40 year old mid life crisis and haven't looked back. Colette is a brilliant trainer, she tailors the sessions differently each time so you get lots of variation and she always makes sure I am doing everything correctly and safely. I used to hate exercise but Colette sessions are fun and challenging and I actually look forward to them. Having the studio to yourself is fantastic as you aren't being judged by gym bunnies and all the equipment is first rate. Colette has also given me useful tips on healthy eating and encouraged me to move away from my carb heavy diet and helped me lose weight and keep it off. Best of all she is a great person with a sense of humour, doesn't preach, and isn't a body fascist! Highly recommended.
