I had suffered from pudendal nerve impingement and chronic lower back pain for about 2 years. I had been seen by GPs, osteopaths and physios. None of it helped. Well they all helped a bit but I still had pain on a regular basis. I was scared of walking or sitting to long because the pain was so bad.
After 10 weeks of targeted training with Gergo I have been 99% pain free for a total of 8 weeks now. And the pain that did come was to be expected and could be easily solved with a couple of stretches. No comparison to what it was like before. If before was a 10 now its max a 2.
Even when I had pain in other areas or my goals changed slightly he was responsive and able to incorporate these new factors into the existing training plan he had created.
Gergo is friendly, knowledgable, motivating and fun. He respects when I don't feel chatty but hes also great to chat to when I feel like it.
Gergo is an awesome PT and your money will 1000% be well spent!

After about a month he had fixed my back! It was so nice to be living without constant back pain. Im FOREVER grateful to him for this.
After we had fixed my back I got pregnant and he has been so fantastic throughout my pregnancy, helping me to keep moving and training in a safe way. He also helped me find ways to surf from my knees when my bump got to big! He really listens to what you want to do and helps you find ways to achieve your goals. I feel very lucky to have found such a great PT! Book in a consultation with him, you wont regret it!!

The reason I started to train with Gergo was because of a calf injury that I got whilst running and I wanted help to build up my muscle to be able to run again. Gergo has taught me so much in the past year, I didn't realise how important it was to strength train as well as run, I didn't know the two exercises complimented each other so much either, it's been totally transformative and helped build me in ways I couldn't imagine.
I used to hate walking into the gym on my own, let alone going to the weights section where all the men were. Gergo has really helped build my confidence and I'm more than happy going to the gym alone now, I even enter the gym with a skip in my step. I have absolutely no worries going to the weight section either. It helps that Gergo has taught me how to check my body for the correct form, something I've never known before, I used to just make it up as I went along.
My goals have changed over the year from building my legs back from an injury, to running goals, to weight loss, to lift certain weights. Gergo has always tailored each programme to suit my needs. I always leave feeling challenged and happy with my progress! I honestly never thought I would be lifting over 100kg in deadlift but Gergo proved me wrong.
Training with Gergo has inevitably helped my strength, I could barely deadlift 40kg when I started and now I'm deadlifting 105kg, but the biggest change I've noticed is my mental health. Coming from someone that suffers from insomnia, depression and anxiety, I can honestly say that the biggest thing that's helped is going to the gym and being able to get out running again, injury free!
