Jenny and the Body Happy team have been amazing, not only with myself but also with my family. After being hospitalised with Covid, my 77 year old father lost all mobility and muscle strength - he wasn't the most mobile to start with! Reluctantly he had a meeting with Jenny and was an instant convert signing up to weekly virtual 1-1 strength and conditioning sessions with Body Happy. He can now use the stairs and get out of a chair without using his hands......this may not seem a lot but this is HUGE! I have been recovering from a spinal injury which, for an active runner and rugby coach, has been incredibly slow and frustrating. Jenny has excellently managed my impatience and her team are now supporting my physio to a full recovery! I would highly recommend Jenny and all at Body Happy - you can't get a better service

Deserves . For anyone who, like me, is gym-phobic and has spent half a lifetime avoiding exercise, Body Happy in Hove is the cure. 1 to 1 sessions with personal trainers - mine is Yasmin who is amazing - in a small but well equipped gym give you a feeling of privacy and confidence to work on health and strength goals you didnt know you had. Owner Jenny clearly cares a great deal about her clients and I cant recommend her business any more highly.

I don't know I have not actually been here. But if you are trying to get a Hussle pass I got one and then when I went down there they told me it is a personal training studio and the only actual gym is in Lewes. Just in case you are checking reviews before getting a Hussle pass.
