Highly recommend ! Love my PT sessions with Craig, he keeps me highly motivated and provides me with a sustainable approach towards maintaining my health and fitness. Alongside my PT sessions, he provides me with a weekly program that gives me the structure that I have lacked in the past and this has been extremely beneficial in maintaining my commitment to my fitness goals.

I would recommend Craig at Gorilla Fitness PT to anyone and everyone. Whether your new to exercise, returning to exercise or wanting to add growth to your already established workouts. I really needed some direction and came to Craig feeling a little lost and bored from exercises I was doing in the gym. After having various MSK issues and a hip replacement 3 years earlier I needed help to meet my goals, most importantly without pain or sustaining an injury. I have learnt so much more then how to train but how my joints/muscles work and how to adapt my training if my body needs it. I found signing up to the chimp membership was the perfect way for me to start my fitness journey. The app is great for asking your coach any questions or making personal notes on each exercise I completed. Craig at Gorilla Fitness PT brings motivation, positivity, knowledge and experiance to each sessions. Having my programme structured and adapted to my individual needs means each workout I am making progress that I can measure. Now how does the saying go? 'When the student is ready the teacher will appear' This is certainly how it has worked out for me. I really don't think you will be disappointed. Thank you Craig for all your help and for answering all my random queries. Im looking forward to arranging my next chimp block booking.

Craig is a great PT whose focus is on sustainable health and fitness. Our sessions together are always motivational and there's always follow up. He really does pay attention to your individual strengths and weaknesses and works with both to develop a well-rounded and personalised programme that's based on your goals. I 100% recommend Craig.
