    Karen had a vision for my body that I could not see. She helped he go from someone with zero upper body strength who was struggling working from home, to someone who is stronger and enjoying life so much more. Every session was fun and her depth of knowledge meant that she tailored sessions to my (sometimes very) specific needs. I was quite nervous but her down to earth friendliness disarmed me.

    What an awesome PT! Karen started training me when I was feeling completely unmotivated to exercise and not knowing the first thing about weight lifting. She has taught me loads about body weight exercises and weight lifting for effective and simple conditioning including correct alignment, so now just over a year later I have the confidence, motivation and knowledge to use weights and do exercises using my own body weight when I'm on my own. I love it! She is a gentle yet firm, a skilled and experienced trainer, and she's lovely. She can come to your house or meet you on hove lawns, or you can go to her studio in moulescoomb which is kitted out. Reccomend.

    I joined my daughter in her regular session and, although being a triathlete I had never done anything like this. I found Karens approach to be excellent and enjoyed the session and also learned a lot!
