Rob is a fantastic coach who is extremely knowledgeable. He perfectly tailors his sessions and guidance to help you meet all of your training and nutrition goals, whatever they may be. Rob is always on hand to provide support when needed. Rob has made an immeasurable difference to my training and I do not think I would have progressed as much as I have without his help. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rob to anybody looking to get a personal trainer.

When I came to Rob, I had continuous lower back problems giving me pain and stiffness and was preparing for a multi-Day Hike I felt I was in no shape to do. I felt my back issues where beginning to inhibit everyday life and hobbies. Rob Assessed me and then set me a programme to strengthen my core and back and showed me exercises and stetches to manage the problems with my back. The results are fantastic, now my back is so much better rarely plays me up and when is does its minor and manageable. I also feel much fitter, stronger, healthier and motivated to stay that way and much better prepared to tackle my hike. I would definitely recommend Robs services Thank you Rob

Rob is very calm, knowledgeable and supportive. My back pain has almost completely gone and I'm fitting into my jeans again. He has helped me to understand how to structure my diet so I enjoy my food but meet my fitness goals. Would definitely recommend!

Just completedthree months training with Rob, three days a week. I'm 53 and was a complete novice, never been a gym goer and never been into exercise. In fact the idea of going to a gym really didn't appeal to me but I knew that I needed to get fitter and it wasn'tgoing to just magically happen. My goals were to lose a bit of weight, improve my overall fitness, learn as much as possible and hopefullydrop a few notches on my belt. It was hard work and you do have to put the effort in but it's definitelyworth it and I'm happy to say I achieved all my goals. Rob recognised where I was at and devised a program of exercise routines and activities, using a widevariety of techniques and equipment. He taught me how to exercise properly and safely and steadily increased the intensity of our sessions week on week. He also provided a huge amount of info and knowledgeabout staying fit and healthy and improving my diet. I thoroughly recommendRob, particularly if you are new to the whole gym thing like I was. I now work out three times a week at home and at the gym, I really love it and I feel fitter and healthier than I have for years. I have dropped three notches on my belt so my size 36 jeans which used to feel tight no longer fit me and my new size 34 jeans feel like they are too big. Next target, size 32 jeans!. Cheers Rob and I'll be back for more!
