Penhaligon's

I went to Penhaligon's Brighton with the expectation of treating myself post birthday, only to find a rope across the door with a big "please wait" sign. The store was only letting one person in at a time?! Completely off putting and pretentious. If you don't want people to try and buy your brand you're going exactly the right way about it. I spent my money on a bottle of Zoologist instead and won't waste my time considering this brand again.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Fabio. I had the best time selecting the perfume (highly recommend Halfeti- the classic). The gift was wrapped beautifully with a chosen ribbon and also a chosen tag by me. What made the experience so special was the personalised engraving on the bottle. Such a lovely touch for a gift. Thank you everyone at the Brighton store you made my day. I will be returning soon.

Amazing gentleman.. I was walking by late evening with my partner in tow, loving the fragrance I could smell. Frightened the shop was out of my money league.i popped my head round the door and asked if could afford anything to make my partner smell nice! The customer service guy was a amazing he suggested a small box of try me sizes... the packaging of our purchase was lovely the bag, tissue spray and pocket hanky which he will use in his suit was a lovely touch. I now have a wonderful smelling partner

Im so impressed with the delightful gentleman who helped me choose the right perfume. His knowledge was exceptional and never once pushed at all to buy.. What an asset to Penhaligons to have such professional staff! No doubt Ill be back!

I hate how they pump fragrance into the street. I have to use my inhaler every time I walk near this shop.
