        Wow Wow Wow!! I have never treated myself to Jo Malone before but on Friday I popped into this branch. Customer service was amazing and I was also treated to lots of samples and a goodie bag! I even got the letter N on my bottle as its my first purchase! Thank you for making this such a lovely experience, I adore my new perfume!!

        Bad customer service I came here with my boyfriend 2 weeks ago to find him a cologne for his birthday because I really liked Jo Malone. The service was bad. Staff ignored us and treated us as we couldn't afford the products. We bought 1 big sized cologne anyway but seriously I will never return to this store for this kind of experience. So disappointed.

        The lady who served me was so kind and friendly, she had short black hair, I purchased a perfume and she spent some time talking to me about the new ranges they have coming into store. Great service.

        Poor customer service from Brighton store on Monday. Hard to believe that when trying to spend 200 plus in the shop a complete lack of customer service or assistance. Clearly he was not interested in being there. Will not return to this store
