Had a beautiful massage from, Lisa at Regeneration Therapies. I felt so relaxed very quickly while Lisa did her thing, she quickly found all the spots in my body that needed some type of release or touch. Totally spiritual vibes also, and really felt my body, mind, spirit and emotions relax while Lisa was working on me. I came away feeling a very profound sense of calm and balance. Highly recommend!
