        Body Stress Release (BSR) was recommended to me by a friend, after telling her my Chiropractor had not made significant change to my particular issues after the years of going. I read the BSR website and immediately felt gravitated towards the ethos, luckily I found a local practitioner, Rob. The first session was so relaxing that I felt quite other worldly after. I felt like a radio being tuned into to my own body, all my little aches and pains disappeared and my neck issues have improved greatly, my lower back pain has hugely improved. I love the style of treatment too, so engaging, Rob listens to all my issues and works on all of them, the treatment is very gentle and soothing. Highly recommend Rob.
