"I recently purchased a jacket from this shop, but I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and the customer service. After washing the jacket, the fur disappeared, leaving me with a product that does not meet my expectations. When I tried to return the jacket, the shop refused to accept it, which is unacceptable given the circumstances. I am extremely disappointed with this experience, and I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
