Liz is amazing and great to work with. Over two sessions Liz has seriously helped me to fix my lower back after lifting heavy items during a house move (...which I regrettably paid a firm to do but ended up doing most of the work myself!). Highly recommended!

Having been plagued with back and neck issues for most of my adult life, I went to Liz following a recommendation from a friend which turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. Liz made me feel at ease from the start and has been meticulous in getting to the root of my problems, providing me with very helpful advice to improve my condition. I can always rely on Liz to sort me out me when needed! She explains treatment clearly and I always leave her practice feeling re-energised and more like myself again. I cannot recommend her enough!

Liz is a consummate professional and always manages to sort out my back, neck and shoulders - no matter what Ive done to them! After seeing Liz, my pain is always relieved and I feel much more comfortable. She has also helped me to understand my body and ways to help prevent severe problems. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone suffering from back pain.
