I found Gary by chance on Google and what a find. I cannot recommend him enough. When I arrived, I could barely walk and struggled to even drive there, yet after just 4 sessions I am practising yoga daily, engaging my core, feel revitalised and really back in tune with myself. Gary's approach is holistic, wise and really focuses on what the problems are. Mine were that I was not tuning into me, crazily tight muscles and stress had taken its toll. I had neglected my diet, strength exercises and keeping in tune to the right exercise for me at my age. I had my last session on Tuesday and walked away seriously feeling a different person to the one that walked in a few weeks earlier. Gary is one of life's radiators, he is intelligent, skilled and aware of what really matters in life. If you need an osteopath who really works and cares then go to Gary.

Gary is a New Zealand rugby supporter, hence the apt name - All Backs. He is the full package. He delivers unbeatable treatment with genuine care and advice to avoid future treatment. I saw Gary with a very sore and partially seized back 8 days before an iron man distance triathlon and he truly delivered. He not only allowed me to compete but also showed me stretches to help in the future which have made an exceptional difference. He is a man of the people and speaks my vernacular, and many others I'm sure. This puts you at ease, instills trust and promotes communication. I cannot recommend him enough.

Garys knowledge in Osteopathy and how the body works are second to none. Im a dancer and my body needs to be firing on all cylinders to do my job. After my first session with Gary he had pinpointed the issues, that other people in the field had not. And after 3 sessions I was as good as new. He explained what was going on with my body in a clear and understandable way. My husband has also seen Gary. After major knee surgery on his Miniscus, his knee is still not right and will sometimes seize up making weight bearing and straightening his leg impossible. After hours spent in A and E to no avail, he went in to see Gary. My husband went in on crutches and came out walking! Need I say anymore.

Having suffered back pain on and off for years, it recently developed into a nasty case of sciatica. The pain was that server I ended up in Hospital, I was then prescribed strong pain relief. The next day I paid a visit to Gary for an assessment and quickly began a detailed recovery plan, Gary has been amazing the stretches and breathing work took an immediate effect & I was able to stop with the pain killers within two days, I have had two further visits and am progressing well, my pain has now eased by 80% and with regular stretching, I'm hoping to make a full recovery. I couldn't recommend Gary enough, from crippling pain (not being able to sleep) to now being almost back to normal in three weeks.
