I cant recommend Matt highly enough. I felt very much at ease and able to trust, which hasnt always been my experience with other osteopaths. I very much appreciated how he explained my symptoms and his proposed treatment and checked in regularly with me as he was working. All round an outstanding practitioner.

I saw Harriet with severe shoulder pain, and within a few sessions Harriet was able to bring the pain back down to a bearable level. Each session with Harriet brings a new level of improvement, not only with the pain, but also my overall mobility and range of movement. I found Harriet to be very knowledgeable, informative, caring and with lots of practical advice, such as exercises. A 5 star service.

I have suffered off and on with back pain following a bad fall five years ago. Then, on New Year's Day, my back suddenly went into spasm and I could barely move for some time. I was in real pain and every movement was agony. Luckily I found Harriet at SDOC. During the first session she spent time assessing the problem, gave treatment to ease the pain, and prepared an exercise plan for me to follow at home. Three further sessions have really helped and I am pain free with a good range of movement. During all my treatment sessions, Harriet took great care to ensure that nothing strained me or caused pain. I would recommend SDOC to anyone suffering back pain and looking for sympathetic, professional care.

I would highly recommend this osteopathy clinic. Harriet really helped me to sort out my back and has given me a programme I can continue to use to consolidate the progress from manual treatment in sessions.

I have been seeing Harriet for the last 2 years and I am so grateful as her treatment to manage several health issues (back, shoulder and neck) has contributed to massive improvement. Harriet is extremely professional, caring and kind always going above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend this clinic and Harriet in particular.
