The ladies on reception are engaging and warm and when I mentioned I had a workplace scheme to claim the cost back from, they pro-actively printed off an itemised receipt for me, which I didn't know I needed but which made my claim quicker and easier and ultimately meant I was reimbursed quicker. It was a small moment for them which I'm sure they thought nothing about, but meant a lot to me and it summed up my visit - made me very comfortable and felt relaxed and safe. Thanks to the team!

Very pleasant experience using this surgery. Everyone seemed very friendly, which sadly makes a change from a lot of the experience I've had with dentists in the Sussex area. I'm pleased to have found a dentist that makes me feel at ease. The only drawback I had was that you cannot pay with Amex which I unfortunately didn't know and this is the only credit card I have. Given the cost of dental services I feel this would make things a bit easier than having get another card or find the money up front.
