        Ive been a costumer for over 8 years now. And today i had a very bad costumer service from the guy whos been working there for over 25years he was saying that when i asked why i cant order the lenses and when they in the store i will bring the frames to be fit in. I used to do that ALL THE TIME IN VISION EXPRESS in this particular shop. And he said we never ever did that in 25 years hes been working there and when i said i used to do that here for my glasses he then remembered that they used to do that in 2020 and before. All of this because they wanted to sell me frames when I already had a pair and I didnt want new ones. Never will be returning in vision express again.
