I came in seeking advice on adjusting the fit of my sunglasses. They were able to fix them perfectly, there and then in 2 minutes. Since it was a minor issue they didnt charge me, though I was happy to pay, so Im extremely thankful for this. Such fantastic customer service and Ill now be a loyal customer!

Visited Specs Opticians whilst on a weekend break in Brighton, Jamie was great, helped explain the process and my new glasses arrived by post first thing Wednesday after ordering in store 2 days prior. Outstanding service.

Having managed to loose my Lindbergh glasses, I eventually found them having run over them in my Range Rover! Rather battered, I posted them to Chris and he called with a cheery no problem Sir the following morning, a new prescription was added and at the end of the week they called to say they were done! They arrived the following day in a new case and are literally as new. I cannot recommend the service and expertise of these guys any higher! I am a very happy customer and will continue to use them as my opticians in the future. Well done guys!
