        The optician I had was so thorough, She explained thing to me and nothing was to much bother , I have just had cataracts done and a lot of questions answered which has helped me a great deal

        Made an appointment for ears which was cancelled by text on the morning of the appointment due to staff sickness. Text said someone would contact me to re-arrange. This was over a month ago, no one has made contact.
