        I have never left a review before but I'm so upset I felt obliged this time. Have used Ace & Tate for years, I love their frames but was really let down by some pretty poor customer service today. I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses last week on the advice they would arrive in time for a holiday away. A pair of glasses did arrive on time, but to my dismay they arrived with standard lenses. Now I have 3 days to figure something else out. Pretty upsetting when we went over my situation, the timings involved, and double checking the lens colour in store when I ordered.

        I was lucky enough to be told by a friend that they were offering free eye tests so booked easily online. Service was great both in store and during my test. Not rushed at all (unlike Specsavers last time). Super friendly, frames are all really well priced so its easy to figure out total cost for whichever combination of frames and lenses youd like. Great range. Id definitely recommend!!!
