        It's a shame all the reviews I've read do not match my Aunt's experience. The lack of care and experience in this place is really disappointing especially for someone that has terminal cancer and is coming to the end of her life. Care and dignity should be the top of the agenda here and it's been a catalogue of errors since my Aunt has been in their care!

        My Grandmother spent her last few months here, the staff were amazing, always had a smile and gave all the residents great care, I went to see my Grandmother every single day from 1pm until 10pm all I can say is the staff were wonderful .thank you so much for giving my Grandmother great care and happy times in her last few months of her life x
