        Pretend to be nice for the families sake but as soon as the families are gone they treat the old people people like they aren't even humans. They need staff that actually care about their job and the people they are looking after rather than forcing old people to walk by pulling them up by their trousers even if they struggle walking, try using some of the equipment provided.
