Lovely atmosphere in this central, very well run nursery. Incredible funding available too! A real gem!

My son has just started at wagtails & I'm over the moon with how happy he is! From the day I looked round I had a warm feeling about it, the owner & staff are lovely & just get it. Every time he goes in smiling and always comes out the same way. I couldn't be happier or feel more comfortable leaving him in this safe nurturing environment. It's also so central making my life a lot easier.

Such a lovely, nurturing environment in which my daughter has settled in with no problems. I get regular updates and have been really happy with the progress she has made as well as some lovely new friends.

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner! Ive got to say how delighted and lucky we are to have found a place thats just right for our little girl. This welcoming and pro-active team really go the extra mile every day, and are esp. kind in emergencies when you need a few more hours here and there. We had our 3 yr old solely at home, in another town, up until the last minute, and therefore when we moved, she had little experience of nursery environments. We tried two other nurseries for a period, but they didnt seem to augment the learning and engagement that we try to encourage at home (we are both boring teacher types.) My formerly (slightly) shy child is now charging around with loads more confidence, language and enthusiasm, due to this excellent place. Sorry for the one handed typing, as I have our new baby in the other arm, but suffice to say, we are hoping that we can get our son into the next wave at Wagtails in a few years, if they have room!

My daughter had only been at this nursery for a few weeks, when I was invited to see their adorable Christmas show, which was within the Theatre space of St Pauls School, where they are situated. I was so chuffed to witness the care, attention and excitement the staff are capable of producing. They use the Tapestry reporting system really well, and its nice that we can check her progress through that secure app so easily. Im happy they appear to be consolidating our reading and writing lessons in a vigorous fashion, which should stand her in good stead for the new school year. The food is apparently yummy delicious or you can bring your own. They are very responsive to any questions and accommodating about times. You can pretty much do term time or other times by arrangement, which really helps us.
