Hopscotch Children's Nurseries - Hove

Unfortunately, From my experience the staff have been quite rude and sloppy at times. To boot, the new manager was rude and unnecessarily abrupt recently. It doesnt exactly invoke confidence to experience this kind of immature behaviour. They need to learn to be more polite, helpful and professional when it comes to dealing with parents. I expect to see an improvement in this area from both staff and this new manager alike before I am able to write a more favourable review.

My little girl is so happy at Hopscotch. Its all about the staff! They are amazing and make my little girl feel so loved, happy and safe.

I have given this nursery one star because the staff were negligent and failed to supervise a child in their care. This resulted in a head injury which needed stitches. When questioned regarding this incident none of the three members of staff on duty that day had a clue as to how it had happened. None of them could give an account. I consider this sloppy and very disappointing.

Hopscotch is simply the best. My son went to nursery here from the age of 18 months to 4, before starting infant school. He had a wonderful time in these years and the staff are so kind and warm-hearted. I couldnt recommend highly enough! Thank you Hopscotch.
