The Nest Day Nursery Hanover

OFTEN when a child crying loudly for a very very very long time, 3 staff standing in the garden talking, the crying child looked like wanted a cuddle but no one willing to bend the knees to cuddle the child, when she went to another staff, the same result. This is happening for a few years now, do they just get anyone off the street to do this job? I wouldnt put my child in there is for sure! Sad

Friendly professional staff who have made my daughter feel settled, confident and happy. Communication with us is great and my daughter gets a huge range of brilliant experiences to develop and learn. Thank you awesome team at the nest Hanover!

My children love it here and despite the madness of the last few years the kids have flourished.

I liked they did lot's of different activities. Unfortunately there's not a good communication between management and teachers and between teachers and parents. The feedback which you get through Famly application is usually untrustworthy and I don't believe it's honest (if your child finishes at 2.30 how can her snack be eaten ALL at 3pm? If you ask about your child's meals her teacher usually tells you that she doesn't know because she had her break). Teachers keep changing a lot. My daughter's drinking bottle was disaster: smelly, very mouldy and missing a straw (shame I didn't take a picture).
