*AVOID, AVOID, AVOID* wish I would have read the reviews first, returned an Asos parcel, given receipt reading error. Package not registered as being returned, young assistant... Couldn't give 2 s**ts.... Having to return today... To speak to owner.... Which already seems a complete waste of time

I attempted to do a UPS return here and the item never reached it's destination. Seems to be a consistent theme of problems at this store.

I would not go anywhere near this shop, the customer service is atrocious. I had a parcel delivered to this store click and collect and when I went to pick it up I was told they don't except delivery from royal mail and my parcel wasn't there (I got in touch with royal mail and it definitely had been delivered there). It was a birthday present for my child so I was quite worried about its whereabouts, the member of staff was very rude to me and unhelpful, I left my number for a manager to contact me and heard nothing of anyone. I went back in several times and was shouted at on all occasions and never received my parcel or an apology. The way they behave they really don't deserve to have a shop, I would recommend people to stay away. They don't even deserve 1 star but you can't give zero stars. Very disappointing.
