First time at Ciao Bella. Fantastic experience. Zeinab did my hair perfectly, I was so pleased with the end result. Lovely atmosphere in salon, friendly staff, prices very reasonable. Will definitely return. Highly recommend. June.

Worst salon I ever been to . Came here for a long roots bleach as my hairstylist from another salon was busy and couldnt book me in at the time ,worst mistake of my life. I shouldve waited. I left the salon with orange roots and purple patches in my hair as the woman , Djenabu , overlapped my already platinum blonde hair, applied a toner that did nothing to my hair then purple shampooed. She was rough to brush my hair wet causing breakage so I had to stop her and tell them just blow dry my hair ( no round brush) . They dont use any professional salon treatments even tho Ive asked to be done with my bleach. She lied to me that she would apply olaplex to my colour when I booked as requested by me but its clear no bond treatment was used. Now few weeks later I suffer from hair breakage which has not happened to me before , this is due to the hairstylists poor skills and luck of care for customers hair. We , blondes , know how much care we take and how much money we spend on our hair to look healthy & thick and shiny just for that ONE hairstylist to mess it all up. Itll now take me years to repair what was broken in an hour! Heartbreaking! AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE . They also have no shame in calling customers reviews and experiences fake if you leave a comment. Disgusting . I will never touch this salon in my life

Welcoming and pleasant atmosphere and the staff is friendly, precise and professional!

I don't think staff is well trained.. went for a facial. Not sure if they knew exactly what they were doing.. poor experience
