James has a comprehensive knowledge of mortgages and was happy to chat through the various alternative products until we were sure that we the correct mortgage package for our needs. We used pure mortgage to find the best deal on a remortgage. With current mortgage rates constantly on the rise pure mortgage managed to find the lowest deal available for me and kept me up to date with the process. Very friendly and professional service.
