I have just completed on a beautiful French farmhouse, using Conti as the broker to arrange my mortgage. I could not have been more pleased with the service that I received with Dawn, Michelle and the team constantly striving to assist me at every step of the way. They made what is quite a complex process seem very straightforward and reduced the pressure of buying overseas seem very straightforward. From start to finish, Paulas professional and friendly approach has made a potentially stressful occurrence extremely straight forward. Her fully supportive and can do attitude filled us both with confidence that, although we had not come across yourselves before, we could achieve our dreams with a trustworthy company. For me, service is about the little things and Paula proved this point to the max with her good luck message and offer of support for any last minute questions, on the morning of the exchange. Priceless.

I really don't understand the poor reviews Conti Mortgages Overseas received. I found this company extremely friendly and professional. Dawn has been great, top professional. All I had to do is what they asked me to provide them, that's it. They provided me a great mortgage and they made my dreams come true! Thank you so much guys!

Ultimately I didn't progress mortgage due to other factors but worked with Dawn over period of months and always found her polite, helpful and very quick to respond and progress things.
