I went into get my screen replaced they originally gave me a quote 5 months ago for 60 which i thought was reasonable, i entered the store and asked for the service to be done and he didn't say a price just handed me a receipt with some vague details and a obscured number which was the price , i thought it said 70 which was completely fine , i handed some cash and asked to pay the rest on card, i have apple pay on the phone so used the phone to pay , the phone was displaying no signal inside the store so i asked to use the wifi for some reason it wouldn't work and they told me i had to leave and be back within a certain time or they would take of the phone screen which i found to be quiet rude and abrupt , i declined as they handed me my phone and then asked for more then what the receipt said he the screen is a better quality screen his co worker gave me a smurk and i knew instantly he was trying to get more money out of me the screen was also not as responsive as my original screen which i could understand but wasn't a high quality screen fitted , he then started to invade my personal space and asking to do things on my phone which i found to be extremely rude and unprofessional i then asked to leave after he was trying to invade my space and make me feel very uncomfortable, he then followed me and tried to video me and grabbed my armed numerous times - since i have had the screen it goes black and doesn't respond 20 seconds later it's fine for another 10-20 mins - screen has been no where near water and has said it's got water in the plug area which i've never seen phones been no where near any liquid. his co worker was very helpful and understanding and agreed that i could leave and go to the cash point but the other man was jjst been confrontational and unfair - overpricing and unprofessional behaviour, supplying a faulty screen which i will be taking to a better store

Literally the worst place to have your device fixed. I gave them my phone to get it fixed. They ordered 2 times the wrong part and made me wait for 4 days for nothing and at the end i had to find another place to have my phone fixed. Worst customer service ever.

The WORST place I have been for a phone repair. I had my screen fixed and came back with it half falling off and my camera screen was broken. When I went back to voice my concerns I was told I was wrong and it was my fault yet it was clear the screen wasnt fully repaired as it wasnt put on properly. After a lengthy quarrel he fixed his own mistake but would not fix my camera. I went to the apple shop for advice and another itech repair shop and they both told me the same thing, that the original shop was liable and at fault. They told me theyd call me back twice and Ive waited for over 2 weeks now with no repair. I have come to the shop 4 times so far with no assistance. Do not attend this shop.

Didnt fix my phone in the allotted time, meaning I overpaid. They missed info from the receipt, promised me it would be fine to come back and theyd finish the job another day. The person then went on holiday, my phone was never fixed and I ended up having to go elsewhere and paying twice.
