        Staff were fine but the chemists themselves have been incredibly rude and condescending. One of which, whom I have no relationship with randomly commented on my ID photo describing it as gruesome.

        Hope, the pharmacist, went well above and beyond after I'd been messed about by a couple of Lloyd's elsewhere. Made sure my prescription was ready and despite this pharmacy being small and busy was seamless and friendly service. Wish all Lloyd's had a Hope!

        Obviously its Lloyds pharmacy so will be the slowest most rude service from any pharmacy. How this company has customers is a mystery as any other pharmacy will be an improvement over a Lloyds. Theres more stock from a corner shop than a Lloyds.

      image Hope, the pharmacist, went well above and beyond after I'd been messed about by a couple of Lloyd's elsewhere. Made sure my prescription was ready and despite this pharmacy being small and busy was seamless and friendly service. Wish all Lloyd's had a Hope!
