Spent 20 minutes trying to get through and then when I get through and spend 40 mins on hold and then finally talk to someone saying that's there's no appointments this morning and should just call 111 for my issue. Similar situations happen whenever I try booking an appointment. Terrible service am planning to move to a different GP.

Met the new doctor. His name is Dr Leckenby, and he is very nice. He puts you at ease and doesn't make you feel like I had to rush.

Awful, very poor service. Previously I had to call more than 250 times to get connected. Now they introduced a waiting call queue. For the past 45mins, I'm in position 2. Honestly, this service needs a lot of improvement.

The gps are good, but the phone line system is shocking. I have to call over 200 times to get through each and every time I need an appointment - this has been the case for a number of months now. I especially worry about older people in our community and those who are especially ill. I expect not the reception staffs fault, but whoever is in management needs to sort out the phone system. It really is shockingly awful.
