        Brilliantly helpful reception team, quite the opposite of the stereotypical GP receptionist! Have been treated so well as a patient, listened to and action taken to investigate symptoms thoroughly. Best service I've ever received from GP surgery. Thank you!

        I am in need of an important medical document and after 13 days, 4 emails and 6 phone calls they are still telling me to wait until they have it ready. Incredibly frustrating and incompetent service from this practice, far worse than others I have been registered with in the past.
