Had a great experience with them at first, but when it came to moving out, they changed their tune pretty quickly. I was told there was no need to get the carpet professionally cleaned as they were replacing the carpets, despite this, I hired a friend who works as an independent carpet cleaner. The whole apartment and carpet was absolutely spotless, but because I wasn't able to produce a receipt for the professional carpet cleaning, they deducted it out of my deposit (even though the carpets were replaced). Very deceiving company so beware.

Do the very rare thing of giving letting agents a good name! Professional, friendly and honest.

I rented a flat off a tenant Jones and I don't rate them a good agent when you have a problem it should be sorted out rather than left weeks and weeks and when we moved out they tried blaming for something that's their problem not ours won't be going to tanant Jones again
