i recently visited this store and was made to feel rather uncomfortable during my visit; a member of staff followed my partner and i around suspiciously - making it very obvious that they were doing so. i have worked in retail myself and completely understand the fact that you need to keep a watchful eye (especially for brands as such), but neither myself or my partner gave off any kind of ill-intent. not once were we asked if we needed assistance; which is something i have done (when working in retail) if ive ever been suspicious of a customer to make them aware that theyre being watched. and, this is expected of retail workers in general - regardless of the situation. my partner and i were the only customers in store, too. this visit was my first and will most likely be my last due to how uncomfortable i was made to feel. i never write negative reviews (or even like the idea of doing so), but customers shouldnt be made to feel such a way.

I went into the shop yesterday & was served by rob, I wasnt expecting to get what I went in for as the boots my granddaughter wanted were sold out everywhere, rob managed to locate me a pair in Cardiff, & arranged for me to pay the shop on the phone & then they put them on the ups lorry to be delivered tomorrow. Rob went above & beyond to help me & has made my granddaughter a very happy 20 year old for her Xmas parties. Thanks again rob

Love this shop...the staff are bright, friendly and helpful. Really enjoy my new shoes more for the nice shopping experience.
