Amazing customer service! A number of months after purchase the spring of one of my hairclips had broken and, upon providing Sophia from Tegen with a photograph of the clip, I was sent a new one without any questions asked. Larger and more well-known clip manufacturers could take a leaf out of Tegen's book. Highly recommended. Nicky

In need of some serious quality hair accessories, I had a brilliant Zoom consultation with lovely Sofia who helped me choose a pair of Onyx 6cm combs and some 7cm clips in Stained Glass. These arrived very quickly, well and securely packed, and they are really, really beautiful. Wonderful quality, exactly as described and seriously classy. Worth the cost without a doubt. What a superb company, with first class products delivered by lovely people with an eye for excellent customer service. Thank you very much indeed.
