Do not buy from here. We bought the Troy Chaise Leather Sofa and within a year it has completely broken. The repairers that Barker and Stonehouse sent out said it's due to misuse however the sofa is in great condition and one evening when my partner were sitting on it watching tv, it completely crashed down on one side. We videoed the underneath of the sofa which wasn't put together properly at all! We have looked after it well and had a Timothy Oulton sofa previously which we never experienced any issues with but this has been nothing more than a nightmare. They charge a fortune for items that aren't properly built and we have paid 4000 for a sofa that's broken within 1 year and due to the report from the repairer that's just based off an opinion, they assume it's been misused and that we have sat heavily on it, insinuating that we are too heavy to sit on it. We are deeply offended and disgusted by this company. They are very quick to want to sell to you but the aftersales is appalling. We thought buying a quality, expensive item, that this would last. Barker and Stonehouse won't have anything to do with fixing despite the fact that we were mis sold to and the item was never properly put together in the first place! AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND DO NOT BUY THE TROY SOFA!
