Brilliant job repairing a much-loved Swiza clock which was my grandfather's retirement gift in 1979. As well as the repair, they made a part that had been missing for years and I was delighted to be able to hear the alarm for the first time since the 80s. Work done at distance (we live in the North East) with great communication and clear pricing. Fab. Highly recommended.

Wasn't open when I visited despite the opening hours stating it should be open. E-mailed them and they confirmed the new, amended hours... Revisited and still not open. Waste of time.

Went to get quote for clock repair for cuckoo clock before lock down ,, the older gentleman was so rude when he had to stop doing what he was doing .. .. just couldnt believe how rude he was to me and the other man working their.. Disgraceful
