Aaron, was incredibly helpful and helped us secure our new home within 5 days of seeing the property. He was very responsive and answered any questions that we had. Aaron made it a breeze for us. Previously to seeing this property, we were beginning to believe that there was no home out there. But Aaron helped make this a possibility and provided incredible service during the process. We recently sold our property with Jack after a recommendation through a friend. Both Jack and Aaron were always on hand through a process that took longer than expected (no fault of theirs) and they showed tremendous patience to see it through. They were both always happy to provide advise but quick to listen and accommodate our needs which was a great balance.

Awful experience ending in a lot of wasted time after we put a holding deposit on a property. Took 2 weeks back and forth with agents and their third party referencing system RentProfile. I have never had any issues renting a property and have paid my rent on time for years, but throughout the whole situation I was made to feel like I was lying about my income. Ended with us losing the property and them taking our holding despoit. We were told by the agents that most people use this new referencing system. Well we found another property on the same street a few days later with a different agent who did their own referencing checks, which has always been my experience in the past. Their checks were done within a few days with no issues and we signed the tenancy within a couple of days and were able to move in a week later. Do not reccomend these agents due to their referencing system and bad communication.
