Fox & Sons Estate Agents

Fox & Sons are the worst agents I've ever dealt with. My mum has just died and they're still ignoring my emails. Just before Christmas, they told me the landlord wanted to sell up, not even halfway through my tenancy, and tried to bully me into immediate viewings. They put the flat on the market on Boxing Day without telling me, with no mention of tenants in situ in the ad. They've ignored all my emails since. The only time they have contacted me was an email asking if I want to renew my tenancy for another 12 months. They've ignored all my requests for clarity. Do I need a new home in two months or not? Fox & Sons are completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Avoid.

If you have a property to let, I would recommend you to avoid using them. Lack of professionalism, poor communication and can only think about the interest of the agent, nothing about you or your property. They took depsit from clients with out checking with you and use the rent the withhold to pay for services that you were never aware. The services they used are also super expensive. So please try to to avoid.

yes rental property agents you have enough costumers I know but at least you can be kind. being rude never work for business also I ask very easy question for seeing the property. she didnt even try to help behind the laptop soo sadly

Bad communication... Did explain I'm a roofer... Who's works 5 days a week. Can't answer the phone while on the the roof, during work times. Kept getting calls, during work hours & when I was calling back to reply... Nobody wasn't answering my calls...
