        Highly recommend One City, the spin classes are most excellent. The instructors/staff are very friendly and informative, making One City a welcoming space to go and spin away! The instructors plan creative classes, which include interactive choreography and different levels of challenge so everyone can feel included. While Spin is a challenge, its also fun and for me therapeutic. The endorphin rush is amazing after a class! There are a range of instructors who all bring their own unique style to spin. Charlies class, Bens class and Ryans class have particularly suited me. One City has become a little sanctuary away from all the hustle and bustle of my daily routine as a busy parent. And my fitness levels/mental health have improved since starting classes. Thanks One City

        Seem like nice people but have consistently failed to do anything about the noise levels coming from the studio, starting 6.30am at least 6 days a week. Their vibe is supposed to be about community and wellbeing, but they honestly don't seem to care about waking up neighbours in the early hours. Really disappointed when we've tried to sort the issue. Wouldn't recommend.
