        Can't actually speak to a solicitor on the phone, or arrange an appointment, without going through a questionnaire-style interview by the receptionist! Even then, due to "high capacity", they can't tell you when someone will deign to return your call. Not exactly a firm that I'd want to put my trust in.

        It is my honest opinion that these are vicious, incompetent and awful people. Their only strategy is violence and scorched earth. You'd better hope they win because otherwise they leave a trail of destruction in their wake.

Paula has always been fully knowledgeable and quick to reply to emails/ queries. Her commitment to her work is admirable and she always went above and beyond her duty, in helping and advising and listening.
